ACT Features State-of-the-Art, Leading Edge Testing

All ACT's manufacturing operations have consistent state-of-the-art manufacturing and testing environments. We offer a variety of solutions for providing system tests. ACT continually upgrades our testing capabilities to stay at the leading edge for higher efficiency and quality.

Defining Testing and Product Acceptability

We work with our customer's test specifications and the operational needs of the product. Once the test platforms are developed, formal acceptance reviews are held with our internal engineering sources and the customer for final acceptance.

Developing the Correct Test Requirements by Working with Our Customers

ACT defines test requirements by working with the customer to understand the operational needs of the product at all levels as well as the operating environment of the product. Once all the requirements are understood, we develop a test plan that supports these needs and review the plan with the customer to ensure all requirements are met. We make any necessary modifications to meet the customer needs before implementation.

Reliability Testing

We perform reliability testing by reviewing designs for testability during the pilot and prototype stages. Any issues that we identify that may impact test coverage are resolved by working with the customer's design engineers.

Ongoing Product Quality Measurement

We review quality data constantly to ensure the products being manufactured are meeting the defined quality goals. ACT identifies any test failure trends, and we initiate a failure analysis to determine the root cause of the problem. Finally, we initiate a corrective action to resolve the issue. All product reliability data is available to the customer.

Controlling Software Used in Product Testing

ACT controls all test software by standardized procedure and revision control. All changes required for the software must be requested through an Engineering Change Order, (ECO), deviation or engineering log form.
