High SPEED COPPER

• Laser stripping with low power CO2 Spectrum Technologies Laser Stripping machine to remove foil shields to positions on shielded parallel pairs.

 

• Direct Attach solder reflow using a servo motor controlled mechanism to enable fine pitch attachment of wires as small as 42 AWG to precise pcb and connector locations. InfiniBand products manufactured with this automated process have exhibited consistently low jitter and eye patterns meeting InfiniBand test criteria.
